My appointment was for 12:30, I got there at 12:10 and was told I couldn't check in until 5 minutes before. At 12:25 I was promptly checked in & at 12:35 a rep came over to go over my request. We ended up shipping my macbook in for a repair and I left the store around 12:45 (so a total of ~35 minutes in the store). My computer was shipped, repaired, and returned within 3 days and is now working fine.”
