This was after calling our maintenance agreement with another company who informed us they could not come out for maybe two weeks to repair our furnace, WTH. Silver State came out the next day, fixed furnace and came back the following day to continue to fix the furnace until it worked properly. “Not only do I love my coffee roaster, but their availability of parts to keep it updated and their tech support teams willingness to help is top notch. Somehow the main control board for my roaster got damaged and one of the fans was running constantly, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and were able to find a used functional board in their shop so that I didn't have to pay full price for a package that I don't necessarily need. I've worked in customer service, and this is exactly how I would treat my customers, so thank you.”

“I was a little nervous to come here since there were a lot of bad reviews, but my appointment went quickly & my issue was resolved. My appointment was for 12:30, I got there at 12:10 and was told I couldn't check in until 5 minutes before. At 12:25 I was promptly checked in & at 12:35 a rep came over to go over my request. We ended up shipping my macbook in for a repair and I left the store around 12:45 (so a total of ~35 minutes in the store). My computer was shipped, repaired, and returned within 3 days and is now working fine.”
