Finding an employee may not be quite as easy as it is in most of their other locations but I've never had and major problem finding one. The employees have always been very polite and helpful. The inventory is extensive and well stocked on most items. Their prices always seem to be competitive with other similar stores.”

“I ordered two boutique cobblestone round racks for my shop and they were absolutely beautiful! Fast shipping and a great product overall. Unfortunately, at no fault to Store Supply Warehouse, the box of one of our round racks was damaged during transit and some hardware fell out and a leg to the rack was damaged. I was so distraught over how I was going to get this rack back to them but when I called it was a complete non-issue. They are shipping out a new rack for me today that I will have by tomorrow and told me not to worry about sending the damaged rack back to them. What amazing customer service!! I was completely blown away! I am so used to having to fight tooth and nail for every ounce of respect and customer service from companies when ordering items and it was incredibly refreshing to work with a company so set on customer satisfaction.
