(August 28, 2020, 2:16 am)I rarely give 5 stars to anyone, but back in April I bought a new dump trailer from these people. I live about an hour and a half away. The closer to me BigTex seller never returned my phone calls (after seeing them in person) about prices and some additional information.
I decided to go to Reno and am very glad I did! They were amazing and made it very easy to purchase. I would recommend them to anyone. I don't know why some of the other reviews are so negative. I had a totally different experience with no pressure or hassles or headaches.
(August 27, 2020, 8:38 pm)So I was very skeptical after reading previous reviews but I have to tell you they did a Great job, staff was easy communicate with. they made everything simple in buying a trailer and even easier when I had to have a second one repaired. I have to give them two thumbs up. Great job guys.
(July 27, 2020, 7:42 pm)Had my driver lose brake Service on my 22gn. She pulled in to Big Tex and was taken care of right of way. . I was thinking the worse, but it turned out to be a loose wire. They were very honest , up front and fair priced. My driver was treated with respect , which is rare at some shops because she is a woman. I would highly recommend them and would return if we are in the area once again.
(February 25, 2020, 12:54 pm)I have had multiple great experiences with BigTex in Reno. Between the amazing rental fleet with great rates and the exceptional repair shop this place has it all. I have a horse trailer and a toy hauler, both needed to have wiring and maintenance done. Miguel and Lorin were up front and talked me through each repair. On multiple occasions I have rented trailers and the process is seamless. Thank you Big Tex!
