Our sales man Mark (ugh can't think of last name) was awesome! John gave us great tips and tricks showing around our new RV. The whole staff came out and clapped and congratulated us and took our pic... so special... thank you all!

I purchased a Cougar travel trailer last year from Sierra RV. Recently on a camping trip I had an electrical issue. I contacted the service department and Tina got me right in. When I came in I spoke with Tina and found her very helpful and knowledgeable . Tina explained the procedure and asked about my timeline. I was in no hurry, so it took about 3 weeks, which was fine with me.
They found that the ground had not been properly attached at the factory and the repair was warranted .
When I went to pick up my trailer Joe was very friendly and helpful. My experience was a good one and happy to have them as my dealer.
