(July 9, 2020, 1:33 pm)All aspects of the care I received in my latest encounter with Dolan Toyota was top-notch. Nick was very thoughtful in making sure that I had regular status updates on my car. The delay on making recall repairs of almost 3 months was more than compensated for by the provision of a rental vehicle to ensure my safety. Overall, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and care I received from Dolan Toyota. One last note, the rental department also did an excellent job, particularly Jazmin Jones.
(June 20, 2020, 1:29 am)I was referred to Dolan Lexus by a good friend and it was one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve had at a car dealership. The people are very nice, genuine and friendly. I did not feel weird about my situation at all when it came to finding a reliable car. Thank you to Ashton Carroll, Alex Martinez & the team for all your help. I love my car!!!
(June 19, 2020, 3:20 pm)They did a great job with updating how they function during all the commotion. I like their professionalism and cleanliness. It would be 5 stars but they said they would wash my car and didn’t. Even when I asked if they were really going to wash it. They told me twice and that made me believe it even further, but alas, no wash. Other than that amazing service!

Update on 6/7.... Just a quick update to my last review. My wife and I decided after buying our car 2 months prior that we needed something bigger so we stayed in touch with Bubba Fallon over a Dolan and found ourselves back at the dealership to look at a Toyota Sienna. Again the entire staff was a pleasure to work with and although we don't want to make a habit of buying cars every 2 months ?... The Dolan team makes it a breeze and just to backup my prior review, these guys do a great job and I would highly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle purchase. Thanks again Dolan team!
