(August 8, 2020, 6:03 pm)Their service department is 1st class. Frank and Kevin are one of several advisers to greet you. Corey manages the entire show. Mostly I deal with Frank as he understands my needs. Super clean operation and well organized.
Most important to me is TRANSPARENCY and not the all too tiring process of the up sell as many service advisers do. I'm a car guy and understand maintenance. My RS5 is not the cheapest to service with all the race car parts but the honest guidance is well worth the money spent.
Even their sales team is first class with providers of information instead of crawling all over you. Spit and polish great operation!

(October 2, 2018, 11:24 am)Simply AMAZING! – That’s the word to explain my experience with John Wendt and Audi Reno Tahoe. I found my dream car and it was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I came all the way from Wisconsin and would do it all over again with the service that I received. John took the time to answer all the questions and worries I had about buying from a distance. He was even able to get me a better financing rate then what I was planning on going with from my own bank.
He took care of all the details and ensured everything was ready to go upon my arrival. I did not want to show up and be disappointed, and boy was I not. When I arrived, the car looked better than I imagined. It was nice to know that he was being 100% honest with me the entire time and I did not show up to any disappointing surprises.
Best part- I did not have sit there for hours and do endless paperwork. Everything was wrapped up and ready to go. Plus, I did not even have to set foot into the dealership! That’s how easy he made everything. I would definitely recommend John for all of your car buying needs. 5 stars *****
