My elderly mother recently moved into these apartments. Hers is very modern with hardwood floors, beautiful bathroom, nice kitchen. The units do not have washer and dryers which is surprising. Also, an elevator would be great because she lives on the second floor. No covered or assigned parking. Garages are available for an extra fee.

The Staff went over and beyond to get the item to me and kudos to Jason for all your hard work and patience on making it work!!! Inova has a hard working team and make things happen! Thank you very much.

Great apartment, love living in South Reno! The entire management team and maintenance team are fantastic!

The location is ideal. Close to Reno and at the foot of the Sierras. Incline Village on Lake Tahoe is less than 25 miles away on Mount Rose Highway. There's a great view of the mountains and of the valley. It is a cozy community with great amenities that includes valet garbage pickup. The rent may seem on the high side, but there is a lot included, including excellent security for this gated community. The apartment feels like home the minute you move in. We are so happy here.

This the most beautiful community in the most gorgeous part of town! The units are stunning, the amenities are unmatched, and the leasing staff are just as amazing! Special thank you to Travis for making the leasing process quick, easy and informative. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
