“Not only do I love my coffee roaster, but their availability of parts to keep it updated and their tech support teams willingness to help is top notch. Somehow the main control board for my roaster got damaged and one of the fans was running constantly, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and were able to find a used functional board in their shop so that I didn't have to pay full price for a package that I don't necessarily need. “Love Reno Airport! Not too big, it is easy to get around and get to your gate quickly. TSA is typically pretty fast. Parking is usually fine. Only once did we have to use an outside lot and take a shuttle bus. Only down side is they have slot machines where there could be seating but that's Nevada for you.”
