“I've been living here for around 2 years now and it's such a good experience. Spacious apartment with no insects, that's already a huge improvement from where I used to live in NYC. Only had one maintenance request about the water heater and within 4 hours it's completely fixed. Staff is really polite here too. There's one best thing other reviews didn't mention about the apartment here (at least for first floor apartments): the walls are thick and they keep the room temperature constant. Here in Nevada the outside temp varies from 10 to 110 degrees yearly, but the room is always between 55 and 80 without turning on heating or cooling. I have lived in several places where the inside temp matches outside temp, and this apartment is so much better.”

“I've lived here a little over a year and we still love it. The community is quiet, the ground are kept clean and there are lots of kids for my son to play with. The units themselves are a little older but everything works and we've never had any problems (knock on wood). I'm not sure if they changed the staff since some of these reviews but the staff in the office are super nice and have always been extremely helpful. Besides the occasional annoying neighbor (that's to be expected), we have nothing to complain about.”
