“This is a very nice storage facility very clean. However there is some concern about two men who may be living on the premises. A customer told me that one of the men was caught sleeping in his truck a rew months ago. So I was told by an employee that cleans the storage that they can't just put people out if they paid the rent. Well i feel if you living in your storage there is great concern. Hopefully something is done. Because there will be a flock of homeless people folks living int storage unit s if this problem is over looked One guy walks up and down the aisle with a dolly prentending he moving things then leave the dolly in the middle of the isle. Another guy appear to be living out of his car on the premises carrying bag to the bathroom. This man was suppose to not have. excess money is not everything i feel camrsta throughout the stair case need to be viewd daily so management can see for them self. Hopefully something is done about this excess”

“So I've lived here coming up on four months. I have not lived anywhere that has been so great ! The pricing is very good for the size and amenities. I love the staff! Jamie the manager is very easy to talk to and work with! The apartments are very clean, it has a BEAUTIFUL stream inside the complex, it is a quiet complex. Lots of people who have been here for years and never complained. I'm it is a great location to live if you want to be downtown. I go on nightly walks with my dog and child by the river. It's a beautiful apartment complex with very respectful and kind tenants so far. The laundromat on site is neverfull and easy to use. Even comes with an app so no change required. I would highly recommend trying to rent here. There is occasionally waiting list but it's well worth getting on. honestly speaking I couldn't say enough good things about this place. I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD and they've been very accommodating. Best place I've ever stayed in Reno!!! Awesome for families with kids!”
