“I love this place. They do before and after school drop off and pick up from the elementary school and since we have a 3 and 8 year old we only have one place we have to go to drop off or pick up. The prices here are very reasonable. They do lots of activities with the kids (especially off-track). We have had simple mix-ups that were addressed in another review. We share custody and the daycare has been great with understanding the problems that have occurred with that. The staff is very professional at handling these situations they should not be in the middle of (such as the ex calling to try to illegally have my name removed form the pick up list). The staff just handles it with grace and a smile. We did have a mix-up once about lunch and they were very apologetic and made it up to him. Every parent is told to apply sunblock before drop off and they will reapply as necessary. We did have a rough go of illness when we first started, but everything I read and even our doctor said, this was normal for starting daycare. The staff was great when the 3 year old had to have surgery after getting an infection at Disneyland. The only thing I wish was different is that there were two separate billing accounts when custody is shared. The daycare has been more than accommodating with allowing us each to pay our own costs each week. The staff knows the kids and the kids enjoy going and seeing their friends and interacting with the staff there. A new huge room was just added to give the older kids more indoor play area. It is always clean. The kids are happy and do lots of arts and craft, music, learning etc. What more could anyone ask for. We are very happy and would recommend highly to others :)”
