Everyone has always been helpful and professional. All the back office staff were gentle and explained answered my questions thoroughly. They never made me feel dumb for not knowing all their terminology. I would definitely recommend the A-team!

Excellent service as always. Love how they are handling the issue of covid 19 and keeping the office very sanitary. I’ll miss not going all the time when I get my braces off

Dr. Andrews and his staff are professional, accommodating, and overall so friendly and caring! I’ve had braces for about a year and a half and every time I go in, they walk me through my appointment step by step so I am always aware of what is going on with my treatment plan. When I have emergencies with poking wires or brackets, they get me in right away so that I’m not uncomfortable for long periods of time. Today I needed a wire clipped and they went above and beyond during my appointment and took many precautions because of covid. They care about their patients and Dr. Andrews cares for his staff just as much. Beyond how amazing they all are, my whole smile is being transformed! So much more than just straight teeth, their changing so much about my smile and really listened to me during the consultation when I was explaining all of the things I don’t like about my smile. I am so close to the finish line and am already so in love with my smile, I can’t wait to complete my treatment! I am so happy I choose Dr Andrews and there’s a reason he’s been on top for so many years! He and his staff are so knowledgeable and amazing!

I truly like Dr. Andrews and his staff. I have been a patient for two years. Everyone is friendly and efficient in there job. Even during this time with the shutdown of many businesses the staff in in hand to deal with emergencies. They are scheduling people hourly to avoid contact with other patients. I am grateful to Dr. Andrews and his entire staff. Keep up the great work and God Bless all you!!
