Very welcoming office. I felt well taken cared of. Would recommend.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Hong for a couple of years. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave you are treated by a great staff. Dr. Hong is outstanding. Not only with her treatment, but in keeping you informed. Not many other dentists take you from the chair to their office to sit down with you and explain everything in your treatment to you. We highly recommend Dr. Hong.
Me and my husband have been seeing Dr. Hong for many years. She is wonderful - detail and gentle. Can't ask for more! Recently, she had identified something which require removal by an oral surgeon in a timely manner. The surgeon we've found under our insurance plan would not even make an appointment until receiving approval from our health insurance approval. Dr. Hong helped us find another surgeon who would take us while communicating with the insurance company. This saved a lot of time. The surgeon Dr. Hong recommended was great and Dr. Hong was extremely help throughout the process. The office staff is very nice too!
My wife and I have dealt with Dr. Hong since we moved to Reno/Sparks in 2000. She is an excellent dentist and a very good friend of ours. Her office deals with wonderful helpers, so we will not change with her, unless we have to move. Regards, Giles M. Marion and Dawn C. Hammond.
My wife , Alice & I have been patients of Dr. Hong for several years. Right from the beginning, we felt she was as much a friend as a dentist. She is very caring aside from also being a highly competent professional. One time, she offered to see me in her office, on her normal day off, to take care of a semi-emergency. I would strongly recommend her without reservations.
Since last review, has had more reason to strongly recommend Dr. Hong as a highly competent, caring dentist. (12/23/2014)
