“Updated 5/30/22 - This location is so beautiful! I love the Saturday morning barre and yoga classes. Watching the sun rise while doing yoga? Count me in! Also the Tuesday Lift classes are among my favorites! The coaches do an excellent job of pushing you out of your comfort zone and getting you to do things you didn't know were possible. Kaia FIT is an amazing women's group fitness gym. They have a wide variety classes and all of the coaches are amazing. They provide excellent demos and modifications and let you choose your hard! The Sparks location is just wonderful. It's massive, has tons of windows letting in natural light but is in a business park where you don't feel watched while working out. Parking is fantastic and if it wasn't so far from my house, I would visit this location often!”
