“I haven't purchased something to be shipped via truck-freight in over 20 years, and that experience 20 years ago with Yellow Freight was not a good one. So I was nervous this time around to say the least. I bought a car roll-cage online, then received a text message from RL Carriers telling me to call them and make an appointment to drop the roll-cage off at my house. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Just received the roll-cage today at my house, ON TIME. The truck driver was super polite and helpful. Great overall experience with RL Carriers.”
