I was in Reno KOA with my 1 week old TT which had started to show it's bugs. My water inlet was leaking inside the trailer. My electric hitch jack was blowing through fuses like candy. I called the manufacturer... NO HELP! the dealer who sold me the unit in CA... I wasn't going back over Donner Summit to get to them and then multiple local factory service centers... they could see me in a week!! I'm just starting on an indefinite mobile adventure and it didn't include sitting in Reno for a week without water or being able to get the trailer off my car.
With no solutions in sight I started calling mobile RV techs to see if I could find help right away. A bit of good news here... ALL of the mobile techs I spoke with seemed fabulous and willing to help. They were just not able to help for a couple days. Finally I left a message for George of Reno RV NV. He called back within an hour. After troubleshooting on the phone he offered to come at the end of his appointments that day and help me solve my problems.
He rolled up right on time and we started tackling my list. Turns out George used to do the new trailer check outs and DPI's at local dealers, He certainly helped me understand nuances of my trailer that my dealer never mentioned. In a matter of an hour or so my problems were solved and I knew lots of vital info for my travels. I thoroughly enjoyed my time, our conversation and the experience. My dogs were so chill throughout that I knew I was truly in the presence of a great human... dogs know these things:) The cost was more than reasonable. The experience was helpful and up-lifting. You can't go wrong with this service!!!!
