“Joining REGULUS FIT is the best thing I've ever done for my health. When I joined 8 months ago, I had severe shoulder pain that made it extremely difficult/painful to move my arm and shoulder. I was pretty skeptical about exercising, but the coaches assured me they would be able to work around my injury to ensure I would be able to benefit from the classes. There were days at the gym when the frustration of dealing with the pain and lack of mobility brought me to tears. Pretty embarrassing to be crying in front of the coaches, but they were completely unfazed and refused to let me give up. Their professionalism and compassion during this embarrassing moment was a huge turning point for me. With their guidance and a little patience, my shoulder slowly healed itself.
