“It was a very educated experience I had at this Home Depot. I went in to purchase some soil, plants and garden tools. I didn't realize the time so when i was asking for customer service this gentleman from the garden dept was kind enough to help me even though it was close to closing. Charles in garden explained the different kinds of soil which i was unfamiliar and then showed me the tools that were useful in his experience when it comes to potting and digging plants. I just recently bought a $1200 TV from this store and today I was in there looking at home audio systems and noticed that the TV I had just purchased three days ago was now on sale for $980! Dave and Sara helped me out. They quickly rectified three issue. They returned the TV and the additional three year warranty. Once that was done they sold it back to me, now with a five year warranty and $221 back to my card. No hassles, no problems. Even though I live in South Reno, I'll make the drive up to this store. Even the door greeters at this store appear to be enjoying their job as opposed to the South Reno store. Keep up the good work!”
