Thrive was a wonderful place from the minute you enter the doors they treat you with such love and compassion. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the product and is somewhere I would feel comfortable sending my own grandma. The product is arguably the best flower in Northern Nevada. The terms are extremely high and once you smoke the flower you will see what I mean. The product selection is just amazing. The prices are extremely reasonable because the quality of 95% of their product is out of this world. Recommend this to all. “I went to the Sparks Nevada regional FedEx center for individual customer service on a product that had been mis addressed by the shipper. The facility is huge! I was overwhelmed. The signs indicated to call the phone number with your tracking number and they would deliver the package to you in the parking lot. I was suspicious of this after leaving the voice message. So I investigated by going in the door for employees and asking them about waiting as a legitimate strategy to receive my package. I was very pleasantly surprised that both the individual managing the entry and the security guards very personal and responsive customer service to me. The security gate individual called the quality assurance person to arrange tracking my package The security guard indicated the QA fellow was awaiting my phone call. I called and he said give him a few minutes and he'll find my package. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the security guard came out and asked if I had heard back that he should have already addressed my package. Once again, a pleasant surprise at his awareness of my requests. A few minutes later I did receive a call from the individual searching for my package. Which frankly, I couldn't believe they'd be able to find in a facility that large. It turned out my patience was just a bit lacking because they had turned it over to a different FedEx delivery service and it will show up tomorrow at the local FedEx retail location here in Carson City . I was pleasantly surprised at each interaction with three different employees collaborating to provide excellent customer service. Great work FedEx!”

“I have been seeing Dr Bachman since around 1999, and she is the best doctor I have ever had. She is caring and very organized. She stays on top of the latest medicines and tailors a treatment plan just for you. If I don’t get my lab work done on time they call to make sure I get it done. And then she calls right afterwards to go over my blood work results with me. It is so rare to find a doctor who actually cares that much to do that. She is definitely one of a kind. Her staff is also great. Lelaine, who gives the infusions, is very kind and very knowledgeable. I hardly feel it when she does my infusion. I think she is an angel. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Bachman and her staff if you have something like rheumatoid arthritis. I also have a rare form of chronic leukemia and she does research to find the best treatment for my conditions. She is definitely one of a kind and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate her.
