“What a wonderful find! This place is very special. The wildlife viewing is terrific, huge jackrabbits, cottontail bunnies and plenty of deer. Muffy's garden is huge and well utilized in her delicious breakfast with squash and herbs in her yummy omelettes, vege goodies in her muffins and even homemade tomato juice. The rooms are clean and well appointed and ample furniture in the lovely inside sitting room complete with TV and wood stove, but better yet, lots of outside seating for wild life viewing around the pond.”

“The Lodge has a great location. This is a quiet place with a lovely setting. The staff is wonderful, the rooms was average but clean. The restaurant has turned into a 5 star experience. The breakfast is gourmet to say the least. One of the most creative and delicious breakfast I ever had. The Dinner was out of this world. You can not go wrong dinning here. You also get free canoe rentals which was great. We will return for sure next year.”

“Great campground. We stayed here mid February 2022 in site 1 as a sleepover stop on our way home from Death Valley. The bathrooms are older construction but were very clean. The sites are generous and have electric access in Loop A. The campground filled up; we arrived about 4:00 pm on a holiday weekend and got one of the final sites available. Campground was clean and quiet; although, the water access was turned off. Even sites 8-20 have incredible views of the lake and mountains. Would definitely stay here again if traveling through the area.”

“I have been coming here since I was a kid playing in the arcade drinking milkshakes. Always has a welcoming family vibe, as well as loose slots for those who like to win. Definitely would recommend.”

“It is a big little park in a lot cation near everything. Staff is welcoming, well organized and run professionally. Most people there are full-time living however there are some spots for people like us who are traveling through Reno. Bathrooms need updating.... like new shower curtains and such but overall I would recommend this RV Park = We would stay there again ✌️ Aloha😎”

“The hotel itself is great and so are the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great with access to food and stores if you need anything while you are there. The reason I didn't give five stars overall was to the actual courtyard. Perhaps they still need to do some post winter cleaning. The pics I took are from June. I would assume they would have cleaned the furniture and had the outside square away for their guests.”

“One of my favorite store, with rotating stock and solid prices. While you don't get a lot for selling books, they accept a wider array of items. They also have a good system for buying books between stores, and will ship to you for low postage.”

“Private Family Owners Service is Progressive and it has a perfect classic theme. Great for a getaway, or a staycation, with the whole family, for a Reno-Sparks experience, in any of the Northern Nevada and California, tourist destinations, forget your keys, and throw caution to the wind. Reminds me of a modern middle eastern bazaar, meets the Jetsons!”

“A beautiful spot out in the country side with views, wonderful farm dogs, horses and miles of hiking. Fantastic hosts, a beautiful home cooked breakfast & dinner and it even snowed 1.5 inches the night we stayed. Thank you Sagewood Farm!”

“Friend invited us to "The Glen" on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. Spacious units; one on ground level and one on second floor.. Both have kitchen appliances, bathroom and small outdoor patio. Photos are from the second floor unit only where we stayed. Special feature was the second floor unit; has a larger living-dining area, and a spiral staircase leading to another level above with a hot tub. Romantic with dim lighting...would have loved to try it! We arrived during the day. If night, the sign is set slightly away from the street making it easy to miss along the road. Small number of units for this complex making it quiet and quaint. A short drive, about 10 minutes, to access Lake Tahoe.”

“Club Tahoe is a well managed friendly resort in Lake Tahoe as time share. My parents bought several weeks of time when it was first they used it throughout the 80s and my sister and I used it ever since and throughout the staff and maintenance has been impeccable with frequent updates in appliances furniture and beds I returned to the US last month for the first time in 6 years and stayed at Club Tahoe last week and it could not have been more pleasant and comfortable. Some units can be rented by non-owners. It is located in the Nevada side of the lake, the most beautiful and well kept region.”
