They are not pushy but give the best advice for what needs to be done for your teeth and this is the first time the dentist or the staff reach out and check on you several times after a procedure. The whole staff is very competent in each role they play, but are welcoming enough to encourage the best communication for optimal care. If a problem occurs I feel like I can count on them, and they have come thru each time with a speedy response and are always willing to take an extra minute to check for anything that could be a possible complication. “Great customer service - professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and quick. Clean office and its non-smoking environment are additional plus. The rental cars are in very good and reliable conditions, with weekdays competitive price. I also really like the courtesy of having the pick-up service. The only downside is the expensive fee when I need to return the car in another state, which I sometimes can't avoid it. That's when I have to rent it from a different rental car company in order to save money (needless to say, I dislike the experience due to their lacking the above). Overall, Enterprise will always be my first choice to go for the above positive reasons.”

Check in was easy Mario was friendly, efficient, and not at all pushy when we declined the insurance and add ons. Yes, there is a $200 deposit but it is not unreasonable. The girl in the booth asked us to inspect the car before taking it which I liked because that way we ensure there was no damage to the car prior to us having it. Car was very nice and clean.”

“I did thorough research before choosing this rental location. According to their website, they will travel 5 miles to pick you up for your rental, I also called to confirmed. When I called to be picked up, the Hertz employee told me (rather rudely because she was overwhelmed) that I was too far away, and instructed me to call the customer service number because I prepaid. The CSR eventually got tired of me and reconnected me with the Hertz in Vegas. This time, I spoke with Nicole, who was very pleasant and professional. She offered to see what she could do for me. The manager, Crystal, agreed to pick me up. Once we got on the road to pick up my rental, I was able to see why it was too far. We had to get on a major expressway that had bumper-to-bumper traffic. What could have been a disastrous situation was thwarted by Crystal and her wanting to satisfy the customer. She even arranged for me to be able to drop the car off at the airport. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would rent from them again anytime. Thanks again, Crystal!!!”

“There was an air port shuttle that took us to the rental car building free of charge. They had our rental car we booked on advance ready to go. We just had some minimal paperwork to fill out. The lady at the front desk thoroughly answered any questions we had, and went through the paperwork and explained everything so we could understand it. I forget her name, but who ever was working 1/4/19 close to 3 pm desearves a pat on the back and a raise cause we will be returning yearly for our time share and bc we will be recommending to all our friends. The price was the best we could find online for the vehicle we wanted. They let us inspect the car for damages ourselves and let us take our time in the garage inspecting and loading our bags. We ended up w a brand new kia, w satalite radio, gps, ect. It was a very nice comfy car, easy to drive qnd in great shape. Ask ahead of time what the price is for them to fill up the tank for you vs filling it up yourself. We nearly saved $1.00 a gallon just having them fill it up instead of making the stop ourselves. Most hastle free experience ive had w a rental car service. Thanks for everything!”
