“I have used Discount Tire in the past (5 years ago) and I remembered their fast service, great prices, and tire certificates which insure your tire against any damage, no questions asked. So I tried them again today: I ordered four Michelin Snow Tires for my SUV and got the insurance certificates for just over $1000. I felt like it was a fair price for what I ordered. You could probably walk out of here for about $500 if you bought four smaller, cheaper tires for a car. I made the appointment online and also paid online. When I arrived they inspected my vehicle and tried to upsell me (very low pressure, not a problem) on some wiper blades. I politely declined and that was that. I was told that my vehicle would be next and I would be in and out in about 15 minutes. It ended up taking about 35 minutes, but that was okay as I couldn't do the job myself and I knew I had modern machines and trained staff ensuring my tires were balanced and put on correctly. No worries for me, which gives me the peace of mind to enjoy my new tires. Plus they seemed a little busy even with about 8-10 guys on staff. Overall it was a good experience with only minor complaints. Heck, no place is perfect so I'm still giving it a 5 out of 5. Thanks, Discount Tire! My new tires are smooth and make my vehicle feel young again.”

“They don't always have what you may need or even what you're trying to find but the staff is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They will do whatever it takes to help you find and purchase what you're looking for. The store is clean, orderly and packed with useful tools, parts, fluids and cool "novelty" (?) add-ons for your vehicle. The location is regrettable and somewhat isolated though easy to get to. Exiting is the issue but it's well worth that small inconvenience.”

“Luis and Ricky at Team Ford Lincoln did right by me during the purchase of an Explorer. While leaving the lot we noticed a small dent/chip on the passenger door. They gave me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed within a couple days no problem. That was nice to see them taking care of it quickly and hassle free. The process was smooth and we got a great number for our Escape we traded in. Only took one “no” to get the better number 😂 The Memorial Day Sale was great and we got a much better vehicle overall than what we originally went in looking for. Financing was easy and the process was smooth. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate milk and chips from the little cafe they have inside which is a good idea with kids. “This was literally the best experience. My wife got home and noticed she had a flat tire. I could take the tire off and take it to Discount Tire or Goodyear or wherever. We got to talking and said " why dont we try one of these mobile tire changing companies". We found HNR solely on the great reviews. So we called them up and they arrived in 45 minutes! Okay..so far super impressed. The man let me know that he has a new tire with him but he wanted to see if he could fix the tire. Well he fixed the tire! Well this was a such a pleasant surprise as it saved us a lot of money. I want to thank HNR for such a friendly and speedy tire fix. I will definitely spread the word.”
