“What an absolutely amazing place! I was pulled over in a nearby gas station because I stupidly tried to transport something that didn't fit right into my trunk. They are a family-run business. I went up to the door to ask if I could buy some rope or cords from them. They so so kindly searched around to see what I could use to keep my trunk down. One of them looked in his own trunk and found a cord for me. They even walked over to my car and helped me tie it down. Such great people! I tried to give them a little tip for helping me out, but they wouldn't take it. Just like that, I knew they were a wonderful business to support. “Kro-Built was awesome to work with and let me keep the trailer there while waiting for insurance. They lifted my 5th wheel, replaced the axles and brakes and they did a fantastic job doing it. Both Dustin and the owner were awesome to deal with. They were within pennies of their original estimate. They even put 4 new steel rims on my rig for free. I ended up going back to the aluminum for the look, but I have 3 spares now so that's cool. Would go back there in a heart beat. I would just suggest against recommending Paramount for body work, they were horrible to deal with. Thanks for everything!”

It took like 2 minutes, the guy came outside with me with a master box of keys and the 1st one he tried fit and was the correct key. I actually called Henderson NIssan 1st and the guy acted like I was nuts for asking. He said they don't sell them and would have to have the old ones removed in their service dept at an unknown cost and buy new ones. I mean really? Then I went to AutoNation Nissan and was in and out in less then 5 minutes with the key.”

He dealt with us honestly from start to finish and I would recommend buying an RV from him 10 times out 10. Plus he is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. We purchased an RV from him and it took awhile to get because of COVID. Also the unit was very in demand and the price went up while we were waiting for the unit to come in, and he made sure the price we saw on Day 1 was honored. So that was incredibly awesome. Tony Romero has excellent customer service skills, is very communicative, and he made what could have been a stressful experience end up being a very pleasant experience. Also, the overall staff at this facility is for the most part just incredible. We were fortunate to work with people who were kind, informative, educational, etc. We were first time RV buyers so having this type of experience was really great, they made sure that we were pointed in the right direction and we were given a basic education about how to get started with maintenance, things to know, etc. We really appreciated every part of the experience and we will definitely go back!!”
