I like it that the soft wash brushes spin both directions, one direction on the way to the back and the opposite direction on the way to the front. Gets both sides of the mirrors nicely. The air dry doesn't get everything fully dry but it is good enough. It is the only place I go in Reno for a car wash now. Months later it is still good”

“As from the country, I would put 7 miles of dirt road on my car daily, and it is far and few in-between that it gets a wash. The guys at Surf Thru Express made sure she was back to shining for her city trip. It wasn't quite clean the first wash, but the dryer guy noticed it right away and said, "This car needs to go thru again!" I couldn't tell, as I was sitting in my car (as it is a drive-through). Second time through, and the guy at the prewash station was just as pleasant as could be. She came out shining!!”

“I really enjoyed my visit here. They have an automatic carwash, there are also 3 manual carwash bays for $3.00 a wash. There are vacuums for a dollar 🪙💵for about 4 mins. Both stations accept dollars, quarters AND credit🙆♀️ cards!!! People can take their dogs for a bath🐾 too, and some people were stopping by during my visit. Unfortunately they were really aggressive and snippy at the manager because they wanted their way at getting their dogs in for a wash when the station for dog washes closes at 4:00pm on Sundays. It was kind of annoying listening to grown adults argue 🙄and throw a tantrum at the manager about how they were going to report him to the owner, and all this right in front of their children (future Karen's in the making in my opinion). 🤦♀️As if the manager shouldnt have a life just because people showed up late on a 🤷♀️ Sunday when most businesses close early.”

A suggestion for the owner who replies to all these reviews: it would be nice for *every* customer to get at least one towel and a little air freshener with *any* wash whether it’s the $9 or the highest end one. I had to go find my own towel after being directed towards a bucket of them. Also I had to bypass two vacuums that weren’t working properly. Other than that it’s always been a good wash to run through. Edit: thank you for replying and letting me know! :)”

Best part is you can swipe your credit card and pay for the time you use without having to fumble for change! Cleaned a Land Cruiser for $7.50 and used all the treatments. Free vacuuming - with an awesome set up so you can get into all the tough spots. They even have a dryer. I didn’t use it but looked cool. Large bay for oversized SUV and RVs.
