“We were in DIRE need of a new W/D set. We went to a few different places and decided to head here before we bagged it and headed back home for the day. Glad we did. We met the sales lady (Sorry, forget her name) and picked out a set. They had some minor dents so we got a GREAT deal. She checked the schedule for her delivery guys, they had an opening and we ended up buying, having delivered and installed UPSTAIRS in ONE DAY! This just doesn't happen. Every other store was more expensive and had a 7-10 day wait for delivery and install. Thank you and we'll be back. (Results may vary...)”

“Went to this store on Sunday just to shop and get some prices for a new mattress. I met Julie and she immediately started helping me. She asked me questions about what I was looking in a bed and at what price, so that we found one that was right for me. She is amazing at what she does and I walked away with a mattress that I hadn’t planned on getting that day. I also just received my mattress today. All I can say is that I received that BEST service from the Julie in the store to the delivery, than I have in a long time. Five out of five stars from me.”

“Sam & I decided it was time to get new recliners, so I looked on line to about every furniture store in Reno & Carson City. I couldn’t find any I like or if I did, then they were not available to look at. So I called Reno American Furniture Store in Sparks, the salesman said they had several different type. So we drove in on Thursday Morning. Found 2 very nice Simmons Recliners with the Vibrator & Heat. The prices were very good. All the Guys were very nice. They delivered the chairs on Friday morning by 11:00 am. Assembled them. This small furniture store probably has what you want if you're on a budget. I will differently return when I need more furniture. I give them a 10+. 5 Stars”

“Called advanced gas fireplace repair and got an appt for the following day. Unlike Joel’s fireplace repair this guy actually showed up and on time . Charlie was very professional and he had to take our fireplace completely apart to figure out the problem but he did. After he replaced a part and put our fireplace back together he added his own touch and put embers and sand in it to make it look 100 times better. We didn’t ask for this and he didn’t charge us this is just something he did knowing it would improve the aesthetic‘s of the fireplace and boy did it ever. What a nice gesture and he was in and out without issues. If you want a hassle free experience in getting your fireplace working again this is your guy! Thanks Charlie and advanced fireplace repair.”
