The only time I ever see a roach in the house, it is either dead, or dying. If you have a problem, you can just call and he will come back and spray problem areas again with no additional charge. “I’ve parked my Sprinter van here twice. There is always plenty of space - even during the holidays. There is a phone number to call on the website to get the parking shuttle, but it is easier and faster to walk across the street and catch the shuttle from the rental car center. Do not park there and wait for a shuttle without calling or you may end up watching your flight take off from your vehicle. There are very few people who park here. But I’ve found it to be a great option for oversize vehicles.”

“First Creek is the epitome of a perfect desert oasis. This is arguably the best free hike anywhere near Las Vegas. You get sweeping views of the Red Rock mountains and end it in a tranquil seasonal waterfall/stream/pool surrounded by lush vegetation. This is a generally an easy hike, as most of it consists of a flat trail on a wide path with almost zero elevation gain or significant obstacles. However, closer to the waterfall area it does get more tricky, and from my experiences here there doesn’t seem to be an exact route to pool. There are so many meandering breakoff/secondary trails, and at times you have to scramble over boulders, slide down slopes or cross the stream - this is part of the adventure that makes this trail so fun! On hot days it’s very refreshing to take off your boots and step into the water - I would recommend flip-flops and a hiking pole for balance!”

Our favorite was the top floor with the outdoor patio furniture displays and the view of Tivoli Village and Sunmerlin from up there. “Came for passport services June 2023. They do not accept appointments and have limited openings. I recommend calling first to check if they can take you. That’s what I did before I drove over there around 11am. Be prepared to spend a few hours here. I checked in around 11:45am, did not leave until 3pm. Park at the garage on Lead & Basic (visitor entrance is on Basic, employee entrance on Lead). Parking is free and it’s just a few steps away from the building entrance. Go downstairs and check in at the desk. They’ll take your phone number so you can receive text updates. There are numerous chairs if you want to stay inside and wait. A desk area is available under the stairs. There was someone that had their laptop charging by the wall so good to know. I walked towards the Lifeguard Arena and went upstairs. They have Makenzie River Restaurant so I hung out there for a while and ate. They do have plugs by the bar so I took advantage and charged my phone while I ate (score!) Bring in all you paper work and supporting documents and you’ll be fine. I had the forms filled out & printed from home. They can take your photos on site if needed. I paid for the photos by credit card and the actual passport part by personal check. Don’t forget they will be sending in your original documents (ie: birth certificate, marriage license, etc) so make sure to ask for copies.”

“Took the wife 4 a trail ride... she calls this mnt. biking...lol. Parked at the 5th st. lot n unloaded the bikes, rode down 2 Silver Saddle n then out 2 the Mexican Dam, turned round n went back. All n all a great biking, walking or dawg walking path. Every1 was very friendly.”

“I have so many awesome things to say about the 9Rounds in Sparks, NV. I signed up back in March 2023 (5 months ago). When I had my initial workout before I signed up, I met Matt the owner of both locations. He was very welcoming, uplifting, and motivating. He got me through an incredibly intense first workout, as exercise was something foreign to me for the last few years. But Matt got me through it and then many more workouts after until I met Lisa. Lisa is a fricken Rockstar and she’s a big reason why I continue to go. She’s always happy when you come in to workout, always helps by taking your gloves and setting them up for round 3 and then getting them on you when you get to round 3. She’s so involved and helps you get better each time with form and continues to challenge you to get better. Sam used to work at 9Rounds before and just came back and he’s awesome also, very uplifting and helpful, likes to push you and make you work hard. I’m not sure how this place has anything less than 5 stars because I’m not a gym goer since it’s easy for me to get bored and lose motivation, but EVERY DAY is something completely different and every day the trainers keep you motivated. It’s ONLY 30 minutes!!! It never gets easy but it DOES get easier and it’s totally worth it. I have given it my all every day and have felt and seen significant changes to my 34 year old dad bod 😂! You won’t be disappointed with the staff and the workouts at 9Rounds! If I had the time I would work out multiple times a day 5-6 days a week because I have a blast each time!!”
