We were on our way home and stopped at the Amherst st store and met with Al. He was full of knowledge that helped steer me in the right direction. Al was very polite to my wife and two toddlers. He let my son sit on what then turned into my new x350. He explained the features and benefits of the x350 and I could not be more pleased with my experience.
