“My laptop was so slow that I brought it the Staples in Amherst NH. Turned out the hard drive was failing. I had a service protection plan from a 3rd party purchased through Staples and it was an old plan they don't use any longer. With this plan I would have had to mail the laptop out, wait for them to fix and then send back. Staples didn't want me to have to wait so they replaced the hard drive, moved everything from old drive to new drive all within a few hours for $0.00. Thank you so much tech team!!!!”

We knew we wanted Purple, which is priced locked by Purple so no wiggle room there, but Bill helped us find some savings elsewhere and also get us exactly what we were looking for.
