Shauna did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and explaining what's the best way to take care of them between visits to reduce the amount of tartar buildup. And over the years I've been seeing Dr. Ravel, because of his gentle manner and care in minimizing pain I no longer have the fear of a dental visit that I had since I was a child.
Very professional, knowledgeable, actualy care to teach you how to properly care for your teeth VS just cleaning and sending you on your way. Great team here and always come back. Moved over an hour away and still go here, they are that great!! Always willing to accommodate you and always have superb experiences. Big thank you to the Dr. Ravel team!!
I have been a patient for many years. I have had the best experience ever with any of the many procedures I have had. Dr Ravel is so caring he even called me twice in one evening just to make sure I was alright. Along with Dr. Ravel, I would rate the entire staff as extremely understanding, compassionate and very helpful, especially when it comes to insurance matters. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Ravel for 15+ years and we are both very happy with the services we've received (a couple crowns, old filling replacements, gum scaling). Dr Ravel has always taken extra time to explain exactly how and why things happen to our teeth and gums, and to explain exactly what any procedure entails. Ask him any question and you'll get a clear and thoughtful answer! The front desk staff are always pleasant on the phone, and upon arrival and check out. They are also always very flexible and accommodating with scheduling appointments. I would definitely recommend Dr Ravel.
Dr Ravel is an excellent dentist. I (and my family) have been going to him for years and always satisfied He always finds the root cause (no pun intended!) rather than fixing just the symptoms ..for example ...rather than just prescribing a mouth guard for a grinding tooth (at night) issue -- Dr. Ravel found the real reason for the grinding tooth issue and a much better result (over-bite problem); He also uses the latest technology and can do on-lays (half- crowns) at the office rather than send to a lab. I could go on and on but suffice to say he is an excellent dentist.
He and the staff are all very friendly as well
I highly recommend Dr Ravel.
