Yoga By Janice

I tried yoga to alleviate some muscle issues I have been feeling for years, after attending a class at Yoga by Janice, I have felt incredible every day since.

After years of searching for a solution, I have found one. The class schedule is perfect for me. Janice is very welcoming and patient and has taught me so many techniques for relaxing my tired muscles.

It's been a couple years since I've practiced regularly. Jumped back in a couple months ago. Love the new studio, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, classes are as challenging as you want them to be! It's good to be back on the mat :)
