“Last night (Monday Dec. 20th) at around 7 to 7:30 pm my friend and I stopped to get gas and snacks. While we were in the store, the cashier who was working at the time (a blonde woman, didn’t catch her name) told us to keep an eye out for a guy she had just cashed out because he seemed angry and suspicious. As we checked out he sat in his car and didn’t leave so the cashier said she got a bad vibe and told us she would walk us out to make sure we got to our car safely. As soon as the guy saw us leaving with the cashier he pulled out and drove away, staring at us the whole way past. Pretty sure he would’ve tried to follow us or do something sketchy had she not offered to walk us out. She was super nice and I really appreciate her concern and efforts to help us! I really wish I had gotten her name so I could leave her a more specific good review. I hope the manager sees this and knows who she is.”

“We had our new "to us" car for less than a month when it got hit in the rear-end. Most places I called were not taking new work as help was hard to find and parts were not always on time. Jamie was up front from the beginning and even the claims rep for the ins company said parts were on back order for most things and to please have patience. Yes a job that would've took maybe 2-3 weeks took just under 2 months but we were informed along the way as to what and why it was taking the time it did. Ins extended the rental twice without question. Both Complete Collision and insurance company were very informative throughout the whole ordeal. Made have our new "to us" car being hit a little less painful. Color match was perfect and body lines look great! I would recommend Complete Collision to anyone who needs body work done in the Greater Lowell and Greater Nashua area.”

“I had Dr. King for two of my pregnancies and he was the most kind, respectful, intelligent OB I’ve ever had. I went through 3 OBs before I got to him and he is the best! 😊 There was a receptionist here that didn’t know what she was talking about, though. She told me I had to switch doctors at the end of my first pregnancy because supposedly they didn’t accept the new “Obama care” insurance that took effect around this time. She said they only accepted “straight MediCal”. Once Obama Care came around, I had to choose between IEHP and Molina… I don’t know how all of that works whilst still being considered MediCal… but she made me believe I had to switch doctors and I was devastated. When I got pregnant again, I decided to call and see if perhaps that lady didn’t know what she was talking about.. and behold, I was told by a different woman that they do accept IEHP. If not for that horrible receptionist, I would give 5 stars.”

The net cost was zero because it was something GMC had a recall on, and they washed and vacuumed the car on top of that. Mike, our service person was very friendly and helpful.
