Pep Boys

This is my 2nd time going to Pep Boys for an oil change and this time around they went above and beyond.

I didn’t have time to go, but my wife went. Later that evening when I was driving my car I noticed the fluttering that I experience when I press the gas was GONE. I learned how to change my car’s oil during the pandemic and I’m convinced - hate to admit it - that I caused my car to flutter like that because prior to the pandemic my car didn’t do that until I started doing work on my own.

Another plus, I had an anti-theft lug nut stuck in the special socket from a prior accident and they removed it for me without me asking. Thank you to Sid and the team at Pep Boys. You have a loyal customer for life.

I called to get a trailer tire mounted to a new wheel (hoping for same day) informed they could do it but roughly a 2 hour wait. When I got to the store to drop the tire and wheel the service advisor said to wait and 5 minutes later I’m walking out the door with the completed job. A big Thanks to the amazing staff!!

Visited Pep Boys in Nashua to have my car inspected. I arrived a little early and they took me immediately. Steve, I believe he is the owner, assisted me and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I sat in the waiting area and my car was ready in no more than 15 minutes. Steve let me know the car was ready, walked me through the results and I was done and on my way in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return.
