I went to lush just to browse and I’m so glad I did because I met the best person ever named Emmett they were so sweet and so incredibly helpful. They helped me with all my questions and taught me about lush and how inclusive they are when it come to there products. Every store needs an Emmett they blew my mind with their customer service skills. Overalls the best experience ever.

I was able to visit this location today and had absolutely the best experience thanks to Ashley and Emmett! Not only were they attentive to my needs, but they were able to help me customize my purchase to fit exactly what I was hoping to get. Their personalities and customer service skills were absolutely top tier and I left the store both with a purchase I was happy with and a huge smile. It's service like I received today which keeps me coming back to both this company in general, and this location specifically.

We just hosted my daughter’s birthday party with the Nashua Lush staff and had a fabulous time. The staff made planning the party extremely easy and even helped find a last minute alternative to products when informed of an allergy. The store was extremely clean and set up well to host the party and my daughter and her friends had smiles on their faces the entire time. The manager, Charlotte, and her associate, Meghan, were wonderful with the kids. We would highly recommend them!

I love the smell of this store. I have regular things i buy, scrubby bee, unicorn horn, and the cow bath bomb. I Always try the bath bomb of the month, and everything is great for the kids skin. I have never had any issues with irritation of any kind. This is now the only bath products that i will use for my grandchildren from now on. Well worth the money and trip, ( closest store is 2 hrs away from me)
