“Weird, I cannot change my score to 8/10, it choose 10 and locked in. There is always room for improvement, which is why I scored 8/10. This was my first visit and Chris was excellent, I have signed up for the membership which provides great discounts.After my massage, I was pain free for 2 days and very relaxed. I feel with more massages with Chris, my pain will only improve. Haley at the front desk was a delight, she worked with me over email to set up my first visit. When I got there, she greeted me with a friendly face and I was already at ease. She sat with me for about 10 minutes going over my history and what I expected for my visit. What was really reassuring was that the employees receive a free massage per month. This allows them to share their personal experiences and shows that they feel comfortable with staff. It would be awesome if they served wine/beer before/after, provided a relaxation lounge before/after so that you do not have to rush and drive home, and locker/showers. I have been to a few places with these features and it made the experience that much better. I have already booked my next two visits for September, can't wait to see everyone again! “I have been a member of the club for several years (under a different name for some of that time). The concept of a trainer per each session of 4 or fewer women is amazingly successful. I am an older women with arthritis in as many places as I can name! The trainers are very well qualified, attentive and responsive to individual needs. I lost 30 LBS initially and although I gained a bit of it back, I am in great shape and very active for my age. I thank the people at Total Transformation!”
