“RGA cleaned up the scene and towed my car after an accident on the highway. I was hurt in the hospital for 5 days and they worked with me considering the situation, it could have been a lot more expensive. In addition to this I had an article of clothing that went missing in the accident that contained important personal belongings such as wallet with a significant amount of cash, credit cards, license, etc. I can’t recall his name but the owners son went way out of his way to track down this jacket and even more to retrieve it when it was as good as gone as it got discarded because of blood from the accident and not knowing the ownership of it.
