“Went to Soapy’s today to clean up the rig. I was asked which wash, I told the attendant (Brian) whatever will shine her up, get rid of the dog slobber and take care of the brake dust please. He said you got it sir! I paid and he pre-treated & scrubbed what he had to, and I went through. The vehicle came out M I N T ! This isn’t the first time I’ve come here and I get great results every time no matter which service I use. Soapy’s manager, Brian was VERY polite and professional. He takes care of customers and is great at it! Please make sure he is recognized, as this is what brings customers & retains employees.”

“Went through the car wash yesterday and added on the tire shine. It looked horrible and splotchy. They couldn't run me through the car wash again because it was the next day (apparently company policy) so a manager, Kyle, took it upon himself to fix my tires himself. Thank you Kyle!”

“All the guys here are really great but I have to send a VERY special shout out to Eddie at the Broad St (Nashua NH) location. I had a man harassing me while driving who followed me into the car wash and came up to my window and started yelling at me. I was finally able to pull forward (was in line) and the creep started walking behind my car but then left. Eddie kept reassuring me that he had my back because he had been watching the whole thing until it was my turn. He calmed me down and repeatedly told me he had my back and to pull back around immediately and come back if the man was waiting for me at the car wash exit. He was literally putting himself in possible danger for me, a complete stranger. That goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope the manager here reads this. If you are, please thank him profusely for me, give him a raise, appreciate the awesome employee you have and don’t let him go. He’s amazing. Thank you Eddie. From the bottom of my heart. “Got paint all over the driver`s side and wheel well from driving over newly painted road lines. What a yellow mess! White Duck did a fantastic job getting the yellow paint off my car without damaging the original paint. Then it went through their car wash and for once the back of my SUV came out actually clean, unlike other places I've used. Location is a bit out of our way but it is worth the trip!”

“I've been going to Patriot for years now and seen some changes both good and bad. Used to be they would power wash and brush the car before entering the actual car wash and at the end they towel dried. Not any more. I paid basically 18.00 for the top of the line car wash and I should have paid the minimum of 8.00 since I really can't tell the difference. No brush before hand and no towel dry-wheels still dirty. I didn't have time to swing around to get it done again. I wound up calling and no answer every time. I don't want to totally flame these guys because over the years they've been pretty decent but I'm not paying the maximum to get the minimum... **Thanks for responding and the update information on all the work that's been done. I do realize there will be some things to sort out after the upgrades.”

“Totally impressed! I had my car detailed by Mike and his wife last week and they did a fantastic job. The car had not been detailed since last year and the job these two did was far better than any other detailing job before. They took the time to clean everything inside and out and the car looked the way it did when I first got it several years ago. I will keep bringing my car to them even if it is a bit of a hike (I am in MA and they are in NH). Totally worth every penny! I highly recommend this place. BTW, they are super nice!”

“I love this car wash. I travel to this location because this touch free car wash does a great job for a good price. The parking lot is a bit small / crowded once you make your way through the car wash. Sometimes there's a bit of a backup or line leaving. But really enjoy using this car wash way better than any car wash that is closer to me.”
