I've been a client for many years and I am EXTREMELY happy with the business, Sarah (the trainer), and the results! Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with strength training, endurance, overall fitness, weight, and diet. My sessions have always been well thought out, organized, and varied, with the focus on having the correct form, movements, weights, and sequences to meet my goals. As the company's website clearly states, they are open Monday-Friday from 5a-11a by appointment. Please be wary of any review merely complaining that those hours are inconvenient. I would recommend Lifetime fitness to anyone trying to meet a fitness goal, including those who are just getting started with working out. Sarah is tough enough to push you when you want to quit, but always encouraging and positive. Highly recommended!”
