“I always recommend PMA Merrimack to my friends. Sensei Chris is not only the best martial arts instructor I've ever seen, but also one of the best teachers in general. It's amazing to see how quickly every individual progresses no matter what level they're starting from. My family attends classes at all levels including the little kids karate class, kids jiu jitsu (the only kids jiu jitsu class in the area), and the adult muay thai kickboxing and adult jiu jitsu. I have had multiple personal trainings with Priscilla who has helped me to reach my goals. She is patient and understanding. She helped me to get comfortable using a barbell which I have never used before. It was daunting to use it on my own but Priscilla has helped me to use it properly. I highly recommend booking a personal training session with Perscilia. The group classes are great for any level of fitness, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Kathy was excellent in helping me through the yoga progressions and poses. “I had a dental phobia for years and years and my teeth were badly decayed and chipped. Every single tooth needed work. Dr. edwards did a whole beautiful restoration job over 4 or 5 sessions. My mouth looked brand new. He was gentle and fun and had the best bedside manner so to speak of any dentist I have ever been to.
