He was very honest, which is hard to find in a mechanic nowadays. “I have a custom built fireplace and one of the glass windows had shattered. I went to Northlite and they walked me through the process of making a template. This turned out to be essential as the custom nature of the fireplace meant that the measurements were quite a bit odd and not straight. They cut the glass while I was there and also installed a gasket on it. It fit perfectly! Now my family and I can enjoy our fireplace again”
