I took notes during our sessions and made up sayings that I could refer to when needed. The life coaching sessions allowed me to focus on myself opposed to a conversation with a friend where I mostly listen. I could be selfish in a sense and talk all about me. The healing sessions helped me discover I had some feelings deep inside I needed to deal with. Plus they were super relaxing. They are extremely accommodating to busy schedules, which makes treatment easy. The team is very knowledgeable and offers great recommendations for at-home care. Beyond that, they will work with your insurance carrier to gain approval on an extension of care, when the initial allowance granted is not sufficient for recovery.
