“I needed a new salon. Where I was going, she got scissor happy and cut off WAY more than we talked about. So, after researching, I tried Blue Tangerine based solely on the reviews here. I am a self admitted persnickedy perfectionist and was nervous to try somewhere new. Carol was GREAT! This "picky pants" is very happy with the cut, her technique and her experience. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere too!”
