(January 8, 2019, 10:40 am)We have had only positive experiences with SecureCare since we first made inquiries. Betty, or attendant at our facility kept us informed and even stayed late to accommodate us. When we were loading a unit on a very hot day, she came to check on us with a cold bottle if water. She let us know we accidentally left out unit unlocked and supplied a lock and secured it until our return. All was terrific!
(February 28, 2018, 9:36 pm)Very nice lady in the office but I was very upset to find out that I didn't get the quoted price, I received over the phone, when I went in the office. I didn't realize till after because I sent my brother to get the storage.
