“I joined Woo Kickboxing in March, 2019 after watching my kids participate from September, 2018 onward. Woo KB was highly recommended from a work colleague. The kids have lots of fun learning about self-defense, respect, discipline, teamwork and fitness. The instructors teach the kids as a group and then follow-up with them 1:1 to help them develop their skills to advance through the belt program. They have a great mix of instruction, demonstration and play. I joined to stay in shape (Adult Program). It was super hard in the beginning but it got better. Before joining, I felt very sluggish. My labs were going in the wrong direction (e.g. increasing bad cholesterol, decreasing good cholesterol, increasing BP, etc.) and after about 3 months, I had my labs drawn and everything was perfect. I have made some great friends at the academy, re-discovered strength and endurance I had as a teenager and took my health back. KB is worth the long-term investment in yourself and I found this at Woo KB. Woo KB is family oriented, the exercise routine is always varied and the instructors are very caring and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend Woo KB to the public!”
