(September 10, 2019, 12:08 pm)On month four with Tom and the team as a new crossfit box member and loving it. Coach Tom does a great job scaling the workouts to help newer members while still ensuring that the workouts are challenging and fun.
The culture is positive and supportive and that combined with the structured well-thought-out workouts that Tom creates ensure results. If you’re interested come and check it out!

(July 17, 2019, 1:03 am)I was really nervous to try out crossfit as it always seemed so intimidating to me. Finally I got the courage to try the 6week challenge. Every negative idea I had about crossfit was immediately pushed out. This gym is so welcoming, huge positive attitude, and the amount of support everyone gives each other is so amazing. All of this is lead by coach Tom who is the best! He keeps the workouts fresh, pushes you, encourages you, but also makes sure everyone is safe and doing everything properly. This is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time!
(June 14, 2019, 3:21 pm)Whether you’re a competitive athlete or have never worked out a day in your life, this is your gym. Seriously. Tom is an AWESOME coach. Everyone works out together while he modifies the exercises seamlessly to fit your level. He is motivating without being intimidating—as is everyone I’ve met there! It’s a great community to be apart of!
