“Bought a new crank and bottom bracket form Cycles Etc recently. Guys were really helpful in determining which parts would be compatible with my bike and installing. They even mailed me my bash guard that I forgot on their counter so I didn't have to drive back to the shop to get it. I bought my Yeti SB5 Enduro a few years ago and even though I really wanted to buy it from Cycles Etc, they didn't have the same model in stock and were unable to get it as the model had been discontinued, so I had to purchase elsewhere. Some shops will give you a hard time if you bring in a bike for service which was purchased elsewhere, but I haven't experienced that from these guys at all. They have been nothing be helpful and happy to talk bikes with me. I definitely hope to make my next bike purchase from Cycles Etc. Either way I will continue to buy my parts and accessories from this shop! Excellent inventory of great bikes and gear in stock. Highly recommend this shop!”

“So glad I came across this bakery. I bought a sugar free chocolate and vanilla cake for my mom’s husband. It was delicious!! No one believed it was sugar free. The staff was so friendly, they even added fresh strawberries and chocolate pieces to the cake. While waiting in line they even offered me a cookie.. so yummy!”

“Made an appointment for Saturday morning for my son to get a hair cut. My son has very thick hair and no one has ever given him a really great cut. I wanted to take him to a real Barber shop to get a good cut. We were greeted when we arrived and only waited for about 10 minutes. As my son was getting his cut, I was impressed with the work of the other barbers. David cut my sons hair and he did an awesome job! He was very meticulous. My son was also really happy with his cut....finally. David trimmed his brows too and they also look great. I WILL be going back with my son. I did read some of the negative reviews. I’m glad I did not read them before I went in because, it might have persuaded me not to go in. But, so glad we did. I told my husband he should go there to get his next cut and he said he would. Hopefully, moving forward we will continue to be happy with each visit!”

“The quality of their products is great. I have bought a few pieces of equipment from them and I’ve never had an issue. The one time I utilized the service department, they were also great. My only issue is that some of the guys that work their are super arrogant about their small engine knowledge. While we’re all very impressed that some of you can rebuild a carb, it ain’t surgery, so take it down a notch. But the products are great and overall it’s a good place.”

“I have nothing but high praise for the quality of the plants I have purchased here the last two springs. I live in Vallejo Calif and visit my cousins in Salem . I bought my first plants in June 2018 and brought them back on the plane. This year I bought twice as many and brought them back in my carry-on. All of them are thriving, better than local bought. They also cost less than what I have to pay out here. You cannot go wrong with the quality, variety and price of the plants sold here. If I lived closer I would probably be seriously broke.????????⚘”

We had a small problem that one could argue was not their fault at all. But when we called to discuss, Lou himself came out to inspect. He had a guy out to fix it in less than a week's time.
