They we professional, polite and took extreme care with pulling up the old and cleaning the space when it was done! The even vacuumed by the front door of my condo building to ensure there was no fibers, etc. The office staff were friendly and very helpful, letting me keep some samples for several days. “On May 6, my husband was traveling alone in Michigan to visit family and friends. I was at home in Florida. He fell and fractured his hip requiring surgery the following day. I called On Call and was assigned a case number that same evening. During his surgery and follow up, I was updated by On Call and Dr Knicely of Covenant Hospital until his release from the hospital on May 11. He had to see the surgeon on May 14 for a follow up to the surgery. After that, On Call got the necessary clearance for him to be flown back to Florida with a nurse. He was picked up at the house where he was staying and brought to our door, accompanied with a very capable flight nurse. What a wonderful outcome for his accident.
