The owner is lovely and the yoga instructors are knowledgeable and skilled. I am a yoga instructor in another city but wanted to take classes on my days off and closer to home. So happy to have found this place!

And with all this variety you won’t get bored. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, these classes will certainly challenge you. A few of my favorites are the Vinyasa Flow and the Restorative classes.
