Best place ever for who needs eyes care I advice of that place
I have been a patient of Dr. Shanley for a number of years and I would not even think about going anyplace else.
I have seen multiple eye doctors over the course of my life. Despite the many consultations and exams, a prescription was never truly accurate. I was told I had multiple different deformities, and always ended up with glasses I couldn’t see out of.
I spent less than ten minutes in Dr. Shanley’s office. She not only told me what was wrong with my sight, but explained why i wasn’t able to receive a proper prescription before. When she finally dropped both lenses to test the prescription in the machine, I was absolutely speechless. I was able to see better than any other time I could remember within my whole life.
She is detail oriented, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. I will never see another eye doctor again!! Dr. Shanley is the best, and I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for an optometrist.
I would highly recommend Windham Family Eye Care. My family has been coming here for years and they are always very friendly and professional. Dr. Shanley takes as much time as needed to get your precise diagnosis. They have become like family!????
My husband and I recently had our annual eye exams and I have to say that we love Windham Family Eye Care. My husband got progressive lenses for the first time and after about a month of wearing them he decided he preferred single vision instead. Laurie was very accommodating as usual and sent them back to be changed. She also applied the hefty credit to a second pair of glasses that I just had to have. My family has been coming here for years and we've never had a bad experience with Jennifer or her staff. We've recommended her to many friends and they too have been very pleased with the service. Jennifer is very thorough with her exams and makes sure you are completely satisfied before you leave her office. I attribute her with saving the vision in my right eye. During a routine visit a couple of years ago, she found a "retinal vascular occlusion" or more specifically, a blood clot in the main artery of the retina. She immediately got me an appointment for the very next day with a Retina Specialist. Thanks to Jennifer, today I have 20/20 vision with the help of very stylish glasses of course!
