“I started a membership a few months back and i have to say WOW! My car looks great, the service is exceptional and I leave feeling like I got my $ worth. I use to have 3 memberships at Soft Suds in Dracut but after multiple complaints with no action. It started slow with not using brush on areas like back window or spraying tires, then I started to notice the color of the soap got lighter and instead of 3 colors, there was 1 light color and finally the last straw was only 1 fan drying car out of 12. I canceled my memberships and went to Klemm's and haven't looked back.”

“Edward did a great job detailing my car, along with others at my work! Our cars looked brand new after. He averaged about 2 cars a day and just needs access to water and electricity, he brings all his supplies. We liked that he included shampooing seats and buffing exteriors as other detailers we've used the past did not offer those services. He showed up when he was scheduled to be here and has since come back to do multiple other cars for people who decided to have theirs done after seeing the great job he did on other's cars.”
